Since these two kitten were found by an animal shelter in Ohio with little chance for survive, the luck turned on their side… This is their story.

A pregnant cat in bad shape was rescued by the shelter. Only two kittens survived her delivery at the shelter. Only one of them survived despite the staff’s best efforts. Molly was her name. A foster volunteer brought her back to health.

After three weeks, Molly had transformed into a robust, fluffy feline with boundless energy. The only thing she wished she had was a sister with whom she could play.

Tom, an orphaned tabby who required round-the-clock bottle feeding, had been taken to the shelter a few weeks before.

Tom was an outspoken individual who demanded attention from the start. The apparent next step would be to match them up in the hopes that they would accept each other. Fortunately, they did.

These two tiny cuties have been inseparable since that day. Despite being a week apart in age, they already seem like brother and sister and best friends, playing with each other every day and bonding more and more each day.

Following a rocky start in life, these two are now thriving as a couple. When they grow up, it would be fantastic if they could be adopted together.
